Need to speak to someone about payment i owe from upgrading

You said old mobile had damage and I need to pay 370 pound. I can't afford to pay this in full and would like to see if I can make an arranged payment each month

You are not talking to Sky here so after they told you that this phone had got damage did you ask them to send you photos of this damage ?
