Need to find phone number phone came with before mine transferred across

I have locked my samsung account and need to reset password.  The account is linked to the original telephone number the phone came with.  I do not know that number and cannot reset password without it or change it to my number that was transferred across which I have used for years.  Any suggestions?

Hi @Kellie+Beds  the only things I can suggest are  calling sky on 150 to see if they can check the number that came with your original SIM card but they may not. The other thing is check your documents in your message centre to see if you still have your original contract there that you signed up to as that would have the original phone number in.
