Hi I need to change my sons mobile number how can I do this pleaee

If you've had it more than 12 months simply order a new data plan and cancel the old one.

Otherwise, you'll have to convince Sky - they may not do this without some order (Police/Court)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
