I have a phone number via sky and want to change it but not get a new sim as I'll have to pay for another contract and this one hasn't run out.

@Miss+D+E+Lacey You can't change a current number unless you cancel the current sim and order a new one.

As long as you've had the sim for 12 months or more you can cancel it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

And under normal circumstances you can't cancel a sim unless you've had it for over 12 months.
