Need to change payment method, but not showing on MySky App

I am trying to change my payment method but I cannot find the Sky Mobile account on the app. Please help!

Hi @Ccookie1980  if the account isn't showing for you the that normally means it's (for whatever reason) been allocated to a different account. Call sky on 150 so they can locate it and give you your options. 

I am assuming you have linked your sky ID/account.

Thank you. My SkyID is linked and when I click that link it takes me to the account payment for my tv, broadband etc.
