Need to cancel an order as moving house
Hello, we have ordered a new IPad 2022 which is unfortunately on back order. We do however move house in less that 7 days so we will no longer be in residence to receive the item. Can we cancel the order and create a new order once we have moved into the new address with our sky account and details?

Yes. Call Sky to cancel the original order but remember that ordering again once you've moved will involved further credit checks.
