Need to Speak to UK Advisor

I need to speak to a UK Advisor about the sudden increase in  Data Usage when i have never had this problem before where they tell me i am near my limit but it has happened several times recently, i have been with Sky for over 26 years and Sky Mobile for many of those when ever i try to get advice on this i get through to India where the advisors speeak very fast and i am unable to get my problem accross and they do not seem to undersrtand or explain properly HELP. if i can't get this solved i will have to cancel my Mobile account

@SHIRLEY+BOSTOCK  You will be connected to the 1st available adviser regardless of location, you don't get to choose 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your phone will show what apps are using your data so have you looked into this and disabled any that you do not want to access the mobile data network ?
