Need the proof of Barring for insured mobile

Hi I bought the mobile from sky and that mobile has been replaced with another mobile by my Insurer.

 

Now i lost that mobile , i need it to be blacklist from the sky , Insurer provided the proof of Exchange. 

But sky is not blacklist that device saying that the replaced IMEI number is not showing at their system.

Insuer is asking proof of Barring . 

What i need to do now.

You may find Sky will only bar devices supplied by them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If it was your insurer that provided this phone then it I'm not sure it would be down to Sky to block it as it was not from them.

Did you manage to get it sorted out?

I'm literally experiencing the same thing!

 

My insurer - Sky Protect/Domestic & General are saying I can only block it from Sky's end, and that they cannot block the phone.
