Need sky to contact me

I need sky to contact me I phoned them a few days ago and was waiting just over an hour to actually speak to someone, now they are going to make the same issue for me on the 11th concerning a payment from my bank account, is there such a thing as a call back?@skycustomerservices

@Winch22  Sky won't and can't contact you in response to a community post as no one at Sky will know who you are from your login.

 

Also you're not tagging Sky customer services, you will need to call if you wish to discuss your account and wait in the queue

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So I did a mobile swap and they took the remaining fee of my swapped phone £266 out my bank account which left me with very little in my bank to last me the rest of the month, they told me to contact my bank and they would recall that money back which they did and sky said for me to pay the remainder as extra payments till paid off but I just had email to say they have tried to take that £266 again and couldn't so they are going to try again on the 11th!
