Hi I'm in Australia and I bought a new phone, I have two SIM cards in my old phone which I want to keep. One card is a physical sky SIM card and the other is a Felix eSIM card. I transferred the Felix eSIM to my new phone and then deleted the eSIM from my old phone as instructed by Felix and since doing so I found my sky psyival card in my old phone has stopped working and I have an sos signal. I have checked all the tutorials and checked that the sky sim has all the correct data etc I have also turned the phone on and off and toggled aeroplane made as instructed by sky and I still don't have any sky signal ? I obviously want my sky mobile to work on my old phone which I will use in the uk and in Australia and would appreciate any help and advice to get the sky SIM card working again. Thank you
