I have tried to upgrade my phone through my sky twice now. Each time i have completed the application, used my spare data for discount and passed the credit check. Both times it has taken me to a confirmation page shown in the picture but that is it. The first time i called sky and they confirmed that it had not worked, refunded my data and told me to try again. I did and the exact same thing has happened. Clearly the my sky app is not working. Has any one else had this issue and managed to actually get a new phone?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are seeing the order complete one then as the message says Sky will be in touch once further checks have been completed which is usually within a few days.

I called sky yesterday and they confirmed the first order hadn't gone through properly. Why would a company not send you an immediate confirmation of your order via email. It's the most ridiculous thing to keep people wondering.
