My sky app not allowing to roll data or letting us log in for 2 months now

For 2 months we have been unable to log on to the mobile section of the my sky app. Despite numerous calls and emails the problem is still not rectified. We are now unable to roll data on to other sims and have to ring to ask them to roll it for us! Anyone else had this the most recent call promised would be up and running by 7th November still waiting ....... they also told us this was a problem with everyone's account! Anyone else experiencing this?

It tells us to link the existing account we have tried this numerous times by ourselves and on the phone to handlers (4 different occasions of ringing about this now) and every time it says oops there was an issue! This has been reported 5 times I've the space of 2 months and it's been sent to tech department who have done nothing!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
