My sky app and too many mobiles

Hi there I have several problems at the moment and I'm sick of ringing and been passed around and made false promises.no1 is still can't access MySky app despite following all advice and waiting for return phone calls which never happened 

no2 is I upgraded 2 mobiles and sent them back but it still says I have 5 mobiles on my account,I've already proved I sent them back and they said I would get a refund and remove them from my account but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened 

any ideas??

They will not be removed until mail the return process has be completed as they will be inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky and this can take u to 3 weeks from when they have received them. At this point any overpayment against them should also appear as a credit on your account which you can then contact Sky to ask that it be refunded.

Hi thanks for the reply but it's been 6 weeks since I sent them and two weeks since I rang them and promised it would be sorted,how long should it realistically take??
