My sky account has restricted access
Whenever I try to enter the billing decent of my sky mobile account it says I have restricted access, it's the same with the messages it will pop up with restricted access and I need to access the documents for my account.

If it is not letting you access your billing then as you logged in with the correct Sky Id so your main one ?

I am not sure what my sky ID is, I've always had a sky email account and then bought a laptop through sky with a credit agreement

Wjen you login to somewhere like here you have to enter two things, a username and your password so are you sure you are using the correct username ?

I'm logged in correctly but it says my sky mobile account is already linked. It still won't let me access my billing page

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid reponses.
You can also contact Sky via social media:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
