My sins mobile data isnt going down even tho hes using it???

Both my children have sky mobile, but my sons data doesn't seem to be going down even tho he is using it. Sometimes it's not connecting properly either.

If your son is using Sky apps like Sky Go, Sky Sports app etc then it will use no data apart from a really tiny amount when viewing the adverts at the start.
