I've actived my new sim , which i got the conformation for, but it's still showing as its inactive and I still need to active it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSometimes for unknown reasons there is a delay in the activation so if it has been over 24 hours you will need to contact Sky. If you don't have another phone to use then there are links to their social media sites at the bottom of this page.
