My sim is not

I have a new phone from sky and want to move from my old sky phone to new both on sky

@janecl  Your post isn't very clear.

 

If you bought a new phone you just move the old sim from the old device to the new one.

 

Or are you asking how to move your number frommone sky sim to another?  If so it can't be done.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I presume you are asking how do you move your phone number to Sky if so this link should help:

Buy the Sky sim

Activate it but do not put it in your phone.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
