My samsung ear phones was not delivered

I made 2 orders with for a samsung tab and the 1st one come with their ear phones and the 2nd didn't just wondering what happened

It might be due to this:

 

  1. Maximum 1 gift per order. See below for terms and conditions.

So if you ordered both these tablets on the same order then you might only get one pair of buds.
