The oldest data is removed if over 12 months old. Recent data replaces it.
Your mobile online bill shows you what data has been saved each month from each sim and should show what data has been removed.

Re: My piggy bank data
Hi @Leellee unused data only now lasts 12 months in your piggybank and if not used it expires. So any data over 12 months old is now taken from your piggybank.

Re: My piggy bank data
So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.

Re: My piggy bank data
There was an initial removal of data that was over 12 months old. Since then, each month, if the oldest data is now over 12 months old that too will be removed.

Is that 6GB was added to your piggybank one year ago and is unused then it will be removed as per the posts above.

Re: My piggy bank data
It's 6gb which was saved recently, I already had over 300gb taken off that was over 12 months but they seem to be constantly taking data off me that I've saved?
