My phone will not connect to any providers while in Spain

I can not get my phone to connect to any network providers while in Spain so will not let me call them to try to sort it. I have used all the hint and tips but nothing is working

There have been problems with roaming in Spain for a number of months with no fix as of yet. There are a number of other threads on it.
