My phone stopped making or receiving calls.

iPhone 11. When I dial a number, I hear three beeps and then nothing happens. People can't call me either. Have tried all the suggested iPPhone tips (toggled airplane mode, reset network settings, restarted phone etc.) I have a signal.

Are you able to try the sim in another unlocked phone to see it is works because if it doesn't it might have devloped a fault so you would need to contact Sky to ask them to send you a replacement.

Thanks - I tried that. When I call myself, an engaged tone, and when I call another number "Conditional Call forwarding is active"

@caesarome No. I checked that, and also blocked numbers - nothing there.

It might be a faulty sim so I would try either calling them if you are able to or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to ask them to send you a replacement sim.

I'm having the same issue this morning and there are a number of similar comments today . Must be a Sky issue
