My phone screen is broken and it has a esim and I have no way of phoning sky

My screen is broken on my phone its has a esim , I need to change to a normal sim card but no options to do this. It says phone sky! I can't phone sky as my screen broken and can't use esim in a old phone I have spare. Driving me nuts as no way of contacting sky to get a physical sim card and esim cancelled

Cheers for the link but can't order a physical sim replacement just a esim which is no good and it says PHONE US! Which is impossible with broken phone.. n tablet I'm using for this doesn't use esim either..so completely stuffed as no way of contacting them without calling and that poxy bot help thing waste of time

No I've spent nearly 12 hours going through different sky questions ect but no get in touch via message or email..cheers f replies

One way or the other you will have to find a way to get in touch because as customers here there isn't anymore we can suggest to help you I'm afraid.
