My phone says Emergency calls only

My phone says emergency calls only and I can't see how to fix it. My daughter also has Sky Mobile and her phone is fine

Try putting it into airplane mode and back off again.

If that doesn't work then try turning the phone off and then back on again.

Can you swap SIMs to see if it's the SIM or the phone?

Hi @AS08  there have been others reporting the issue, removing the eSIM and reinstalling it has helped them. 

I assume you have checked for mast issues.

There is no problem with coverage in the area.

There is no email contact for sky support @AS08 , you can call on 150 from a sky sim or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
