My phone isn’t charging

My phone isn't charging it only seems to charge on a wireless charger .

 

what should I do?

Assuming the charger and lead is ok (try others) then it's usually the port itself.

 

You haven't said anything about the type of phone and age.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Hi @MillieDavey  check the charging port in the phone for fluff.
