My phone seems to not be working at all

Does it show as being connected to your Wifi network ?
Have you rebooted your phone ?
Have you rebooted your broadband router ?

Is the wifi symbol showing in the top right hand corner of your phone screen, and if yes, are any of the bars lit up or is it all greyed out?
If you can't see it then you aren't connected. If you've accidentally turned wi-fi off, just open settings and re-connect (or pull down the control centre and switch it back on that way).
If you're definitely connected but there's no internet, it's either your router has a problem or your ISP has an issue. Best bet would be to reset your router, and then reset your phone and hope it connects.
If that fails, you can either wait a while and see if it resolves itself (say wait a couple of hours), or contact your ISP.
