My phone is frequently having episodes where it does not connect when people are trying to call me. It's doesn't even go to voicemail. Line just goes dead like the number does not exist. It's not always signal related and even then should at least go to voicemail. I can't seem to find a way of speaking to a human being at sky mobile .

150 is the number to call Sky on as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.
