My mobile phone is coming up with the message MM1 not provision, after installing an e sim yesterday. Now I am unable to get any network whatsover. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow did you order the eSIM, did you convert it from a physical sim or did you order it directly from Sky when placing your order. The reason I ask is it appears that not provisioned might mean that it is active on the Sky network.
