My phone bill this month has an added charge

My phone is more expensive than expected and I haven't used any additional services and changed my contract therefore, I'm not why I have this

I have been charged my usual rate for data plus an extra £11.61 for more data which I haven't used

I would give sky a call on 150 to see if they can explain it @Hannah141 . Did you go over your monthly allowance ?

You shouldn't get any data charges unless you've been roaming?
