My partner is trying a new EE network sim. He can phone every one else, but not me

When he tries to phone me he gets complete silence after dialling, or silence then a long beep + 3 short ones.  Tried in areas about 5 miles apart, always the same.  However he can make phone contact using whats app or face time, but only using wifi.  Anyone suggest a reason, or better a work round?

It is going to be difficult to know where the fault lies, I suppose one thing you could both try would be replacement sims, on Sky Mobile you can order it here:

Hi @Corystes  sounds daft but have you both tried restarting your phones ?
