It keeps saying ‘oops, logout and try again if thos doesn't work as will provide you with a number to call.'
I have repeated this many times over many days.
This doesn't work. You still have not provided me with a number to call.
On further investigation the sky call centre charges calls from now sky services. I can't call from me service because you haven't delivered it...

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Hi, spoke to web chat. Billing. Mobiles and accounts and the Mac team and I still can't track my order and haven't been contacted bu the courier. Everyone on the phones were very nice but they didn't have the access or capacity tocbe able to tell me where my product is and when to expect to be contacted by the delivery company. It was expected to arrive on the 4th of December.
