My order hasn’t been delivered

My order for an iPad went through and I've paid the first months bill, but it's not been delivered

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Are you sure you were not asked to make a payment against the device when you placed the order due to only just passing the credit checks as billing for the device should not start until you have received it.
