When I check under mobile service my old number hasn't changed over. I need this sorted as soon as possible

Yes I am moving over my sky from three mobile. It appears in my sky account as moved over when I view my account it has my number there but under settings > mobile service > SIMS it is a different (Sky) number

If yes and this is an iPhone go to settings, phone, my number and check the correct number is stored there. If not the change it, exit and restart your phone. It can take a few attempts to save.

When I try to do this, I click save but nothing happens/it won't update the number.
Yes sky have confirmed it's done and it's been a number of weeks

A friend of mine was having this issue and his wouldn't save, eventually his updated by itself. It's worth keeping trying every now and then but hopefully it will update for you soon.

Go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
