Can anyone help? I am not receiving phone calls, and nor can I make them. I can receive calls to my number from WhatsApp but not through the network. When calls are made to my number, there is a message telling the caller that my number is not recognised. When I try and make an outgoing call, it doesn't connect and just clicks off. I can receive text messages, but these are hit and miss. I sent my brother a text message to try and work out what was working, and what was not. He received the text message, the message went through with my number and my photo showing up, but my name was not stored under the number upon receipt.
I have been unsuccessful in locating an email address for Sky. I cannot log in as the account is in my brothers name, so cannot speak to anyone. I would, under normal circumstances call them. But if I could make and receive calls, there would be no need for me to contact them. Any one else had this issue.
I have checked all my call settings, and they have not been altered. Network coverage is really good. Have done all the checks I think are possible Please help.

I have had this number for a few years, and I only noticed an issue last night, when trying to make an outgoing call. I didn't think anything of it, until my son saying that my number was showing as not recognised, when I spoke with him earlier through WhatsApp.

Sorry I forgot to mention, that it is my brother's account with Sky network, and he has been with them for years now. He has the SIM contract out on my behalf.

The link you sent me had the advise I needed. Thank you so much for your time. Phone is now working for outgoing calls. Just had to turn phone off then turn back on. It did the trick. Once again thank you so very much for your time.
