My number hasn’t transferred

Hello! I changed my sim last Thursday evening and my number still hasn't changed over to my old number after I've put in the pac code. Please can you sort this for me?

Hi @EvieJ  no one here can do anything to speed up the process. If it was Thursday evening when you gave sky the PAC then that would be classed as Friday for porting purposes. Porting takes place the next working day after sky get the PAC and porting doesn't happen over weekends so it will be today at the earliest that the port would complete.

Just to check - your old number wasn't with Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
