Sky seem to know about It because they deducted the cost from bill but I am still short of the data they used. It seems it's something they are aware of. But how can this happen.?
Can you answer the question asked by @63johnw as it still isn't clear from what you have said what is happening as you appear to have two issues, is this correct ?

On my last mob bill there were on the same day multiple text calls too a land line in New Zealand that I can see the actual number on my bill. I am in the uk and did not text any one internationally from my phone.

All you can do is to take this up with Sky by calling them on 150, say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
