My new sim hasn’t arrived

I haven't received my new SIM card, however I keep getting emails telling me to activate it, please can you help?

As we are custometrs here who help each other all we can suggest is if it has been a little while since this was ordered then to order the sim again by selecting the data plan for it. Also make sure your address is correct on your account:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

As mentioned in the order email and track your order, if your sim has not arrived within 5 or 6 days of ordering, you will need to call Sky, for a replacement sim.
