I can't get any service on my new iPhone 16. I've had an email to say that it's been transferred but have no service when I set up the iPhone. It asked me if I needed to transfer which I said yes to it then went over to O2, who I was with And started working. I don't know if this is the issue now that my O2 account is now stopped and my sky account is activated, but I'm still getting no service from sky or O2 now

If you can you will have to either call Sky about this or contact them via social media because as I said earlier the Sky sim should be working as soon as it has been activated with either number.

With the Sky sim in your phone it should work come what may because at the very least should there be a delay in moving your number over from O2 it should continue to work with the number the Sky sim came with so if this is not the case have you activated the Sky sim ?

Hi
when I transferred everything from my old IPhone it asked if I wanted to transfer my number of which I did then o2 come on my
phone and started to work but the sim was
the sky sim
the o2 account stopped today and
i was
emailed from sky to say it transferred successfully
but it hasn't
I am now waiting for another sim after phoning sky
tonight with my transferred number on which is going to take 3-5 days without any service

But have you activated the Sky sim as your iphone can't do this for you ?

Yes it was it was activated with the number provided but as soon as I transferred it over it went straight to 02 with my number that I am bringing over to sky
