My new iPhone says no service.
Hi I have just bought a new iPhone 16pro max from Sky and inserted the old phone Sky sim. But after inserting it says no service

It's been 12 days ,since I received the new phone, but there no service. Been calling Sky mobile team almost everyday, but so far they have not resolved the problem. They keep telling me that it will be done in 24 hours. Now today again I have to wait for another 24hours. Tomorrow will be the 13th day without sky service.

I take it the service checker isn't showing anything, did they suggest or send you a replacement sim to try, if not it might be worth suggesting this to them.
