My mum cannot phone my mobile without it being engaged.She has a landline and cannot use a mobile.Sh

It isn't clear where the issue lies so can your mum call other people, if so are you using Wifi calling on your mobile ?

• Hi Mum mainly phones landlines.She has recently come out of hospital after 23 weeks .Before then she could phone my mobile.She can phone my sisters mobile but I live a long way from her.Does this make a difference?

Yes I phone her at set times but she cannot phone me.

I would suggest that you report it to Sky on 150 and that you mother reports it to her telephone supplier.
