When I logged into the My Sky app to transfer 5gb of data from my piggybank, I noticed my balance for my data was showing as 0. I transferred 5gb of data from my piggybank yet the balance still shows as 0. Please help.

Sometimes this can correct itself within a day or so, if it is still showing the same come Monday then you will have to contact Sky for them to look into it for you.

@caesarome thank you for that. We are away in our caravan and I use my data and piggy bank to stream from a Roku stick. It's still working, just hope Sky have a correct figure for when it rectifies itself.
