My mobile order says its coming soon and is processing, but it has been 2 weeks since i ordered.

I ordered an iphone 2 weeks ago. I signed the credit agreement, but i still dont have the device. It is still saying processing and has no delivery date. It just says coming soon. It wasn't out of stock when i ordered it. Any ideas why?

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

You haven't said what device you've ordered. You may need to contact Sky to see why there's a delay. Any orders for iPhone 17 models are likely to be delayed further as this happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

iPhone 17:~ As the order is for a latest model iPhone, delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
