My mobile is not receiving landline calls

Been waiting on gp phoning but turns out it is not connecting to my mobile. I have tried from my work landline and its the same issue

Do you have Wi-Fi calling turned on if so does it work if you turn it off ?

Yeah my wifi calling is always on, will try without it

Doesnt work either with wifi calling off, and is saying number not recognised

It was worth a try so as @63johnw has suggested as you can make calls then call Sky on 150 so they can investigate it for you,
