My mobile date and SIM has stopped working 2 days into my holiday and it won't even let me phone sky

My mobile SIM and data has stopped working 2 days into my holiday, the mobile roaming is still on but it just not giving me mobile coverage, went onto WiFi in hotel but as no network I cannot even phone sky?

What is your sepnd cap set at, depending on where you are it needs to be set at £2 x the number of days are away.

I had it set at 50 and worked fine for 2 days and just slwent off today, have set data usage hi also. Iv now changed it to 2 x 4 but still nothing, no network at all

Where abouts are you and have you tried searching for other available networks to see if it will connect to any of them ?

Barcelona and yes I have accessed the setting for finding another network but every single one is 'forbiden' I have my data and usage up at 50 GB and the spend cap ok too but still getting nothing, have absolutely no idea what is happening but sky better not bloody chargeb me my 2 pound spend cap as I'm not happy, have a young kid with me and need my phone working

I did wonder if you were in Spain as sadly there have been issues there since last year for some reason and I'm afraid there is no easy answer to this.

I have tried all the setting, proxy mcc etc from the sky website but still nothing, puts me off continuing with sky mobile as this isn't acceptable from a big provider.
