Hi my mam has ordered a mobile phone she has no i.d apart from her bus pass which has her photo on will this be enough as this is all she has apart from letters

The approved list is

UK Passport
Foreign Passport
Foreign I.D Card
UK Driving Licence
Police Warrant Card/Military ID Card
UK Registered Disabled Card

She will just have to try.

uf she went into the sky shop would her bus pass and letter/bank card be ok to apply in the shop

I'm not sure on purchases / orders from Sky stores (not having one nearby). I thought all mobile devices had to be delivered to the account address.
