My phone should still be under warranty but I am unable to return it? I have contacted apple who have told me I need a new handset. I am unable to reach anyone who can assist me at sky.

You can call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky device, if you can.

Yes, it will not charge. I've been through standard protocol with Apple.
