My iPhone is barred from making calls

Please tell me why my phone is  barred from making calls I only started using sky few days ago but my previous suppler has my number barred

Have you transferred your number to a Sky sim because if you have then what as your previous supplier done or is this just a case of the phone/sim not working ?

I can't get through to my last supplier because I can't make out going calls it's a catch 22 situation 🤷‍♀️

Anyone know how to solve this problem my new SIM card is barred from making outgoing calls my old provider still has control of my account and wants me to keep paying for something I don't have I left them 2 months ago but they still able to stop my call , my internet is with my new supplier as is my phone but I'm at loss to get to the bottom of this problem

You will have to take this up with your previpus supplier if you believe they have restricted you in some way as there is nothing that Sky can do if this is the case.

Have you tried communicating by other means such as email, chat (if they have one) or social media?

If you have never set up a spend cap @Kl14 then what makes you say there is one on your account ?
