Calling my doctors surgery, I have to select a number on my keypad to progress to receptionist. For the past month my key presses have not been recognised. I have called in person and they have informed me it is a problem with people using sky mobile. Other companies sims are working as normal. Why? Any ideas?

Find out moreAs customers here we couldn't guess why this isn't working so it will need investigating by some teams at Sky so you will need to report this to them by calling them on 150, just stay on the line and say nothing if asked any questions by the bot.

Hi @mikeby10 .My wife and I have just switched to Sky mobile and now have exactly the same problem as you with our iPhones when contacting our doctors.. When asked to press 1-2 etc. you do so and but it just cycles back to the welcome message. I've tried another provider's SIM in our phones and they work fine so it's definitely a Sky issue. Did they resolve your problem?
