My delivery did not arrive, and the product was returned back to Sky, I need you to resend my package

Hi, I was supposed to receive the package on Monday morning. I didn't receive anything, I talked to Dpd, they said that Sky requested the return of the package. On the Sky app it said that the driver could not leave the package safely. Now I still have no answer from Sky. Although I called them but no one answers.

Same thing happened me aswell on the same day, if you haven't yet call sky explain your situation and one of the team members will help you.
I did the above and it could be one of the advance security checks they did.
