My daughter has locked her phone with a password no one knows

Hi my daughter has created a pin which she cannot remember we usually use a pattern to unlock and now  she cannot use her phone is there anything I can do

Hi @Clairerun89  if she can't remember then the normal only option is to factory reset the phone which will wipe everything. What phone is she using ?
