My daughter had put my phone in the mop bucket and my sim is now damages

My sim is now damaged how do I get a new sim but I need to keep the same number due to important phone calls

You need to contact Sky support and ask them to send you a replacement sim as that will come with the same number.

 

150 is the free number to use from another phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Hi @Kacey5  the only way to get a replacement sim with the same number is by calling sky. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
